Pet Policy

The Vanguard at Polaris invites you and your furry companions to our pet-friendly community. Most dog breeds are welcomed although the combined weight of multiple pets cannot exceed 200 pounds.

We also respectfully request that you have no more than three (3) pets in your suite. There is Pet Rent Fee of $35 per month, per pet.
